History

Supported by the Melbourne Poets Union (MPU), a self-funded, incorporated not for profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of poets and poetry. Awards include the $1500 Leon Shann award, the 2nd prize of $500, 3rd prize of $200 and the Martin Downey Urban Realist Award.
