BiographyHistory

Venture Theatre Company Inc. was founded in August 1975. Since then the company has entertained audiences with a variety of productions including comedies, mysteries, melodramas and pantomimes. It has also hosted workshops for children to develop stagecraft and characterisation skills.

In addition to its own productions, Venture has been involved in various community projects - including One Act Play Festivals, travelling entertainment for Senior Citizens Homes, schools, and country audiences. Many of its works comprise locally written material.
