Author's note: The Hon. E. Vickery has engaged Sergeant-major C.A. Lamont, of No. 1 Infantry, to give military drill every Tuesday, from 7.15 to 9p.m., to the senior, and every Thursday to the junior members of the Lyceum Club, and arrangements have been made for a supply of 100 rifles and equipment.
