Calendar Fosters Meriam Culture, single work column
Over the past two years Meriam traditional owners from Mer(Murray Island) in the eastern Torres Strait have partnered with the Torres Strait Regional Authority's (TSRA's) Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) team to develop Meriam Areriba Tonar, a seasonal calendar poster that highlights how Miriam traditionally coexisted with their land and sea country on Mer and surrounding islands

NIDA Appointment to Bring a Cultural Change, single work column
'ARTISTIC director, curator and teacher Jacob Boehme has been appointed as the First Nations lecturer in NIDA's Master of Fine Arts (Cultural Leadership). An artist of the Narangga and Kauma Nations of South Australia, Jacob will teach First Nations knowledge and practice, engage in subject design, develop course materials, and collaborate with students and team members to ensure that the course is culturally aware and has culturally competent approaches and behaviours.
