Rusalka Reh was born in Melbourne, grew up in Germany and resides in Leipzig. In Cologne she worked in art therapy and special education, and in 2000 began writing. Rusalka has since worked as an author, poet and translator, and written several books for children and adults, as well as short pieces in anthologies and magazines.
