'Blake’s new full-colour Asian Stories are contemporary tales set across Asia and the Pacific. Students follow characters their own age in their local environments – at school, at home, in the village, visiting local landmarks – so they can observe everyday life in another culture. With a window into the social and cultural norms of our near neighbours, these books are valuable tools to build both literacy skills and cross-cultural understanding.
